To initiate an order, simply send us an email at Orders@MidUSASupply.com, specifying the items you wish to order and the desired quantity. 

After receiving all of your information, we will create a FREE design and send it to you. You can then review and either approve it for production or request changes. We won't proceed with production until we receive your final approval.

The responsibility for submitting photos and logos lies with the user. By submitting photos, it is assumed that the user has obtained the necessary permissions for their use on our items. We do not use any licensed or trademarked items.
